X. YUTMA BOZUKLUKLARI KONGRESİ

Bildiri Gönderim Kuralları

Bildiri Başlığı

  • Özet başlığı 12 kelime ile sınırlıdır.

 

Yazarlar ve Kurumlar

  • Yazar(lar)ın ad ve soyadları tam olarak belirtilmelidir.

  • Sunum yapacak yazar “*” ile işaretlenmelidir. 

  • Her yazarın ünvanı, kurum bilgisi, (üniversiteler için bölüm de eklenmelidir), e-posta adresi, ORCID no belirtilmelidir.

 

Anahtar Kelimeler

  • Anahtar kelimeler en az beş, en fazla yedi sözcükten oluşmalıdır.

  • Küçük harflerle, aralarına virgül konularak verilmelidir. 

  • Anahtar kelimeler ifadesi italik ve 1.25 cm (bir tab) boşluk bırakılarak girintili şekilde yazılmalıdır.

 

Dil

  • Özetler hem Türkçe hem İngilizce olarak sunulmalıdır. 

  • Bilimsel dil kullanılmalı, anlaşılır ve net olmalıdır.

  • İngilizce özet, sözcük sayısı açısından Türkçe metnin en az %40’ını içermelidir. 

 

Özet Uzunluğu

  • Özet metni 300 kelime ile sınırlıdır.

 

Özet Yapısı 

  • Türkçe ve İngilizce özetler Times New Roman yazı karakteriyle, 10 punto, çift satır aralığı ve iki yana yaslı yazılmalıdır. 

  • Türkçe özet Amaç, Yöntem, Bulgular, Tartışma/Sonuç bölümleri altında; İngilizce özet Purpose, Method, Results, Discussion/Conclusion bölümleri altında düzenlenmelidir. 

 

Dosya Formatı ve Gönderim

  • Dosya Formatı: Hakemlerin makale metni üzerinde not alabilmesi ve çalışmalarınızın çift-kör hakemlik sürecine girebilmesi için metniniz word (.doc veya .docx) formatında olmalıdır.

  • Dosya Adı: Ad_Soyad_ÖzetBaşlığı şeklinde olmalıdır. 

  • Bildiri Gönderimi: Bildirilerinizi info.yubad@gmail.com adresine mail aracılığı ile iletiniz.

Son Başvuru Tarihi: 10 Kasım 2025 

Bildiri Sonuçlarının Açıklanması: 20 Kasım 2025 

 

İnceleme ve Kabul

  • Özetler, bilimsel kurul tarafından incelenecek ve kabul edilen özetler sözlü veya poster sunumu olarak belirlenip bildirilecektir.

  • Kabul edilen ve sunulan sözel ve poster bildiri özetleri kongre sonrasında “Dil, Konuşma ve Yutma Araştırmaları Dergisi’nde ve kongre web sayfasında yayımlanacaktır.

 

Sunum Türü

Sözlü Sunumlar: Sınırlı sayıda kabul edilecektir. 

Poster Sunumları: Sözlü sunum için kabul edilmeyen özetler poster olarak kabul edilebilir. 

 

Kayıt Koşulları

Sunum yapacak tüm yazarların kongreye kayıt olması gerekmektedir. Kayıt olmayan yazarların özetleri programa dahil edilmeyecektir.

Kongremizde sunulacak sözlü ve poster bildirileri Dil, Konuşma ve Yutma Araştırmaları Dergesi ( DKYAD) ‘nde yayınlanacaktır.

X. SWALLOWING DISORDERS CONGRESS

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Title

  • The abstract title is limited to a maximum of 12 words.

Authors and Affiliations

  • Full names of all authors must be clearly stated.

  • The presenting author should be indicated with an asterisk (*).

  • For each author, academic title, institutional affiliation (including department for universities), email address, and ORCID number must be provided.

 

Keywords

  • A minimum of five and a maximum of seven keywords should be included.

  • Keywords must be written in lowercase and separated by commas.

  • The term “Keywords:” should be italicized and indented by 1.25 cm (one tab space).

 

Language

  • Abstracts must be submitted in both Turkish and English.

  • A clear and scientific language should be used.

  • The English abstract must contain at least 40% of the word count of the Turkish abstract.

 

Abstract Length

  • The abstract must not exceed 300 words.

 

Abstract Structure

  • Both Turkish and English abstracts should be written in Times New Roman, 10-point font size, double-spaced, and justified alignment.

  • The Turkish abstract should be structured under the following headings: Amaç (Aim), Yöntem (Method), Bulgular (Results), Tartışma/Sonuç (Discussion/Conclusion).

  • The English abstract should be structured under the following headings: Purpose, Method, Results, Discussion/Conclusion

 

File Format and Submission

  • File Format: To allow reviewers to annotate the manuscript and ensure the double-blind peer-review process, submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

  • File Name: Files should be named as follows: Name_Surname_AbstractTitle

  • Abstract Submission: Please send your abstracts via e-mail to info.yubad@gmail.com

Submission Deadline: 10 November 2025

Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 20 November 2025 

 

Review and Acceptance

 

  • The abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee, and accepted submissions will be assigned as either oral or poster presentations. Authors will be informed of the presentation type accordingly.

  • All accepted and presented abstracts (oral and poster) will be published in the Journal of Language, Speech and Swallowing Research and on the official congress website after the congress.

 

Presentation Type

 

Oral Presentations: A limited number of oral presentations will be accepted.

Poster Presentations: Abstracts not selected for oral presentation may be accepted as posters.

 

Registration Requirements

All presenting authors must complete their registration for the congress. Abstracts from authors who have not registered will not be included in the final program.

 

Oral and poster presentations presented during our congress will be published in the Journal of Language, Speech and Swallowing Research (JLSSR).
